The suite was too small for four people. Housekeeping never showed up after we called for cleaning. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and even the mattress wasn’t comfortable. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Pet friendly but didn't stink, clean, safe, and very friendly with affordable prices. I was not there for a fun reason but at least staying there felt more like being home.

The room was very nice. We will stay there again. The thing that was most upsetting was that shuttles air conditioners was not working so the shuttle was unavailable. We were depending on that to get us back and forth to the hospital. Hopefully it will be fixed when we return in month. We were there for 10 days.

Customer service is wonderful they are so nice and they take care of their customers the food the breakfast was great and they have happy hour and it's free food and wine wonderful only problem the smell in the room

Mr Jordan provided the fastest, easiest checkin ever. All the staff were kind and helpful. The Continental breakfast was excellent, great food great choices. The room and hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. I'd recommend staying here .

We stayed for two nights here to see a concert at nearby NRG stadium. The room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent with their service. The stadium is approximately a 20 minute walk (about a mile) which was great because we didn’t have to deal with all the vehicle traffic. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Houston.
