Fix the problems before guests come
There was a hole in the floor between the bed and window bigger than a size 12 men’s foot. There was BLACK MOLD in the bathroom by the shower. Smelled gas, even though there was no stove?

Room smelled like stale cigarettes in a non smoking room when I asked to be moved they refused. We had four pillows for four people and when we asked for more pillows I was told that housekeeping was gone (It was 5pm on a Saturday). Bed sheets were stained and yellowed. THERE WERE COCKROACHES. We asked for a different room and was told there werent any available. We slept that night in the room because it was late but we left the next day. They refunded our money but we lost $50 in taxes. I will never book a room at a Motel 6 again.

The hotel was definitely falling apart and the door to the room didn’t shut all the way. The people that worked there were nice but could barely hear them

It’s was ok. But again this company should let customers know when they require another deposit for damages when some of these rms should be reported to the state and bbb

Beds were not comfortable, definitely not good for a long stay. Parking was decent. No food there as far as I’m aware. Room was very basic.

Location good
I was looking for cheap with good Location and I found it.5 minutes from outlets and other stores/food options including Walmart and Dollar store.
My issues with the room were; we were on the first floor and our window did not lock. The bathroom ceiling tile had water damage stain and black mold. The inside door trim was not nailed in properly so you had to push on door to open & then fiddle with it to shut tight. You could still see the light from outside coming in. The blanket on the bed had holes and smelled weird. There was no "complimentary" shampoo or soap bottles.
Overall the room was decent. You could see the owner was trying to improve. But definitely needs more work.

Horrific
Got charged extra for the room once I got there even though I’d already paid when I booked, don’t know what for because there was an employee in the little office part screaming about she was going to miss her bus so I couldn’t hear the woman at the desk. Get to the room… the toilet doesn’t flush, the hot water took 10 minutes to heat up, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the microwave didn’t work, no coffee pot and the tv was all static. We ended up leaving a night early and just lost money on the room. It was awful.
