Good stay. Everything was clean and the kids really appreciated the video games. Staff members were excellent. We arrived after 2am and were given breakfast food at our room in case we didn’t make it down for breakfast by 10am.

Sheila at the front desk is amazing. They are very lucky to have her representing their hotel. She is incredibly helpful and so very sweet. Nice rooms, easy handicap parking and just an overall great stay

Nice accommodations but not much around the area. There was a cute fire pit area outside we wanted to use, but we didn’t have a lighter & the one at the desk didn’t work.

We found garbage behind our garbage can in the room that the cleaning staff must have missed. Otherwise the room was acceptable. Only other complaint was we found the king sized bed very uncomfortable. This led to a lot of tossing and turning, and subsequently a poor overall sleep.

On previous and subsequent visits the hot tub is tooooo hot. Can’t even sit in it
Lots of flies in the food and eating area
But the real annoyance was housekeeping started cleaning rooms at 5:00 am.

The gym/pool area was very clean. Breakfast was good with a great selection. I appreciated the 15% discount at BPs by the hotel.
