The birch colony is great! It’s like its own apt! I like that it’s super convenient and not bothering others much! It’s also very close to Walmart!

Property was very nice and apartments were nice. The only issue I had was our apartment didn’t have a nice smell to it, the bed and couch had a terrible smell, there was a spider and ants when we arrived an and the bedroom was extremely hot due to only one air conditioning unit in the living room and the fan only had one speed.

The room had a beautiful view! However, the couch reeked of cigarette smoke. They came and cleaned it and ran an ozone machine in the rooom, but the smell never really went completely away. The staff was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay and would come back again. Our condo was clean and had everything thing we needed to prepare meals. Only one complaint is the mattress in the pull out sofa was very thin and springs jabbing into back. It needs to be replaced. The pool area was great and close to our condo. Can't wait to come back for our next stay!

Family vacation in the Dells.
The resort is well maintained. Resort staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleasant place to stay
