公寓是新一代的，但缺乏巴黎炎热所必需的空调。它位于巴黎郊外，有相当方便的地铁和公交车站，距离下面的购物中心前步行约 700 米。带 bslcone 的公寓位于5楼是老人住的楼，窗户不隔音，晚上汽车和面包车很混乱，必须开着窗户睡觉，噪音很烦人，没有空调，性价比太高了。唯一优点就是免费车库。
