If I could give less stars I would. Terrible experience. Dirty rooms, broken bed and blinds. Ear plugs next to bed was the beginning of my realizing we’d made a mistake booking this place. Then as I tried to remedy various things, long holds on phone calls, bad interface and interactions on the sonder app. Strung along with various stories as they scrambled to try and remedy the situation but failed. I will never come back and stay at anything Sonder. The problem with companies growing is that they start to lose quality as they try and maximize profits and this is apparent here. Don’t even bother staying here. Take your money elsewhere unless you enjoy pain. In which case you’ll love it.

Great space to stay in when in Nashville. The room is a 15 minute walk (according to Google, we did it in 10) from Broadway but easy to get to and from. The room had a comfy bed, great kitchen space, large cupboard for storing your luggage and a great sized bathroom. Lovely interior and good air conditioning although it can be a little noisy when trying to sleep. Easy self check in with keyless entry. If you are driving the car park out front isn’t for the Sonder dovetail.

Easy checkin. $35 taxi from airport. "Essentials cupboard" on second floor next to elevators includes lotion, ear plugs and coffee. We had 3 packets of coffee in the apartment for our 6 day stay and there was no coffee in the Essentials cupboard. I told "management" who promised more coffee within 24 hours. That evening the cupboard was restocked and a bag of coffee was on our doorknob. Street noise was bothersome but we didn't try the earplugs. Can't beat the price and location.

What a disappointment!!!! So many things. First of all Sonder moved us shortly before our stay from The Score (which we’ve stayed at before and loved) to the Dovetail. They said they gave us a larger unit, but it wasn’t much different. We had booked for 4 guests. There was a bed and a sofa bed, ok… however there was a note on the sofa that said the bed was broken and to use an air mattress. We’re 64 year old women and not happy to be sleeping on an air mattress! There were only 2 comforters and no blankets. There were enough towels, but only 2 washcloths, which I wasn’t aware of until I went to wash my face the next morning and didn’t have one! I called and asked for blankets and washcloths. They sent us towels and sheets….. not what I asked for! On top of that, when the compressor of the refrigerator kicked in, it sounded like it was from the construction going on outside! Wi-if spotty and supplies never restocked. Took 2 days for every request. chat feature for issues obviously outsourced out of the country. supplies like coffee and towels etc - never found after day 2 of our 6 day stay. Communication poor, you ask for towels and only get bath towels. You ask again just for hand towels and wash clothes you get bath towels again. The remote was missing batteries- you name it a frustrating place to stay. You can’t have 2 requests because they can only handle one at a time.

The studio apartment was clean and very comfortable. There was a slight noise from construction going on but that is to be expected in a city like Nashville and the windows were thick enough to block out most of the noise. There was an issue with the cold air (not turning off) but this was sorted out by the Chat app very quickly. We didn’t notice a heater was in the apartment, stored in a cupboard until the day we left! So for the 3 days that the temperature dropped we could have had heat. Never mind. It didn’t really deter us from having a great time and I would recommend this apartment for those wanting to stay close to Downtown as it’s a very short walk. Coffee shops around this area are also pretty good so you can grab a cuppa on your way to the sights of broadway or the bridge walks. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of spare items available to grab if needed such as toiletries, towels and coffee. All in all this was a hassle free holiday.

OBSESSED with Sonder. Super easy to check in/out and adjust times if needed, staff are friendly and super quick to respond, just overall a great experience. Love that there are multiple all over the world! I stayed in Nashville last month and literally came back the following month and stayed with them again. Awesome!

Great place to stay. Easy walk to downtown Broadway and restaurants. The only thing I could say negative is they need to have more towels to restock rooms available. Other than that the place was clean and perfect for 2 couples. We would definitely stay again!
