The room was missing furniture, curtain coming off the rod and the bathroom wasn't clean. We have been staying there since oit opened and it just keeps getting worse.

We enjoyed our stay at Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites in Clear Lake, IA!
Hotel had “new appearance” & check in process was smooth even though we added 2nd night’s stay. The thing that we didn’t enjoy was the complimentary breakfast, fruit should be replaced more often, minor issue but heard others express the same sentiments. Overall, stay was was nice & would recommend to family and friends! Thank you! 😊

Too bad
Our television didn’t work and they were unable to do anything because they had no maintenance. The person at the front desk had no power and they couldn’t move us because they didn’t have any housekeeping. My husband and I then figured out that the whole wall of outlets (with the television, lamps, other outlets) had a fuse blown. The general manager said she was going to credit our account and it’s three weeks later and we haven’t seen anything except an extra $30 charge come out. Won’t go back. Don’t go until they work out the bugs

When we checked in we were told many of the rooms had non-working tv's. We were asked if we wanted a tv, and we said yes. Got to room, tv did not work. Tried to call front desk to ask for another room, phone did not work. Called hotel from my cellphone and asked for another room. They said they could move us for our 2nd night. The next morning we moved to another room, and the front desk clerk personally checked it to be sure tv worked. It was on when we got there, but when we changed channel, it quit working. Also, no second mirror in the first room. Only about 10 tissues in the both rooms, and my allergies were acting up, so used toilet paper. Very disappointed. Highest priced hotel in Clear Lake, and no offer to discount room for no tv.

Stayed as a long time Bonvoy member. Fairfield always my go to. Dependable. Not this time or this location. TVs don’t work, wires hanging everywhere from tv, bathrooms need a deep clean, red/pink mold in shower. Parts broken off in shower. Felt more like a budget hotel experience not a $200 room.

Rooms need a refresh
Hotel clean and staff friendly but room smelled terrible and mattresses were worn out and very uncomfortable. There were also no extra hypoallergenic pillows available
我提前一周打电话要求住一楼,因为我有点幽闭恐惧症,不能坐电梯。结果入住时他们给了我二楼的房间,不过我提出后他们就给我换到了一楼。第一个房间电视坏了,第二个房间电视倒是能用,但垃圾桶里却有半桶垃圾,而且浴室镜子两边的灯一直闪烁,根本不亮。恒温器(空调)非常复杂,很难弄明白,我们请前台小哥来看了也没解决,所以他们需要改进一下,或者在恒温器旁边放个说明书解释怎么用。它不应该那么难操作。我们搞不清楚是制冷还是制热。房间很冷,我们没法让它暖和起来。第二天早上我出去吃早餐,10点半回到房间准备拿东西,结果被锁在门外了,所以我不得不去前台等了6分钟才有人来帮我重新激活房卡,这样我才能进房间拿东西并退房。这家酒店很漂亮,也非常干净。但我很确定我暂时不会再住这家酒店了。
