I had a booking for this hotel for 2 nights. When we turned up they pretended they didnt have our booking and refused to honour the booking price even though I had the booking confirmation and showed it to them. At this point it was almost 9pm so we agreed to pay the extra money. Once in we went to the room it was absolutely filthy. The bedsheets hadn't been changed, they were full of long black hairs. The bathroom smelt of urine and looked as though it had never been cleaned plus there were ants crawling around everywhere. The whole room was disgusting. Needless to say, we did not stay there. Avoid this horrible place like the plague.
