Very good property near to mall. Convenient location, easily accessible and also the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will visit again. The room provided was really great with a mountain view. Keep up the good work

I like the hotel is very quiet and the staffs are very helpful and the location is perfect about 20meter walk from the main busy street. I like the restaurant staff treat me well and well served my breakfast. Fully enjoyed my stay and room is good

Wonderful stay we had here at Pride Ashiyana Resort Mussoorie. It was our first visit here not last. We like the hotel so much because of the location and the hotel staff.

我们走进酒店时，简直一片狼藉。入口正在施工，对我们四岁和四个月大的孩子来说，这是个巨大的绊倒隐患。我们向前台询问，他们的初级套房是不是最高级的房型，因为很明显，考虑到酒店的状况，其他房型肯定无法令人满意。前台确认初级套房是他们最高级的房型，并说已经给了我们酒店最好的房间。当我们进入房间时，闻到一股恶心的下水道味，还伴随着潮湿味和脏床单的味道。他们宣传并额外收费的阳台非常脏，而且由于酒店里有猴子，根本无法使用。他们的供暖设备极其老旧，房间里一直有冷风吹进来。我们立刻意识到这次选错了酒店。当我们去前台取消预订时，他们没有给我们升级，因为他们说那已经是他们最好的房间了。他们只说还有一间同级别的房间，我们可能会喜欢。然后经理粗鲁地强调说我们预订的是标准初级套房，他们还有更好的初级套房，这完全是谎言，因为我们刚入住时他们说已经给了我们酒店最好的房间。我们不想再浪费时间了，孩子们又冷又饿，因为浪费了太多时间和精力，所以我们只好离开。这家酒店简直太恶心了。
