Staff was nice. Basic amenities. No closet rod in any of the rooms. Hang up clothes had to be hung on the towel rod in the bathroom. Room was clean but linens were dingy. Probably won’t stay there again.

Very convenient location right next to a gas station convenience store and a short drive from Dollywood. Check-in was a bit slow, but check-out was quick and efficient. Rooms were renovated with USB-A ports throughout, though TV did not appear to have streaming. The bed was not the most comfortable, as the sheets were rather thin, and it took me awhile to notice that the comforters were in the drawers. Soundproofing could be better, as I could at times hear emergency vehicles clearly. There were plenty of parking spaces available, and the chairs outside was a nice way to enjoy the outdoor weather from our rooms. Price was justified given the proximity.

Front desk attendant was slow and not responsive to making the check in process easy. Had to wait 15 mins for shift change instead of taking care of my check in accrodindly. Shower barely had any hot water. Key to room locked us out roght after checking in. Professionalism wasnt used. Good location in town on main *****.

A lot of stores and restaurants near by. Parking was well lit. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

I Would Stay Again.
Parking area lighted felt safe. Several fastfood & restraunts near. Comfrotable, clean, coffee pot, microwave, desk, fridge, queen beds. The only minus was no real closet or good place for hang up clothes. Needed another towel rack in shower area.

这家汽车旅馆干净整洁，非常适合住几晚。附近有很多购物场所。工作人员非常友好，而且随时提供咖啡和茶。床很舒服，浴室也很大。我们一定会再次入住这里。这里是体验周边各种活动的理想基地。
