Great area right on the ***** couldn't ask for a better location. Room is very clean and well taken care of.

The employee that checked us in was Very rude and not clearly spoken.
The parking. Could not park in front of our room.
The noise was horrible.
Always stay at this motel when visiting Pigeon Forge. Never again!!!,

Choose somewhere else
Not the world's worst hotel and definitely not great. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The rooms needed to be repainted. There was tons of chipping paint. They have you leave your towels and trashcans outside. They empty the trash cans and the towels they leave on a chair outside the room. We had to go to front desk everyday to get a roll of toilet paper. Convenient location. There was police presence there twice during our 3 night stay. Not sure what was going on but someone was arrested and hauled away both times. No breakfast. Non heated pool. Would not stay here again.

It is a decent place to stay; the property is in good condition including the pool. There is a lot of places to eat around there. I stayed with wife and kids, and we had a good time.

Our room was close to the road so it was a bit noisy. Parking was free and easy and there is a convenience store one door down so that was nice. The pool was shallow and filled with kids but was open 24/7 which was nice. Room service was spotty but we just got new towels every other day since we were there for a week.

这是一家普通的酒店。没什么特别的设施，但价格实惠。地理位置便利，员工服务也很棒。两个房间的床单和寝具都有污渍，但还算干净。我们还遇到了一场大雨，两个房间的空调顶部和前门下方都有水渗进来。我们用完了所有毛巾才擦干净，然后换了新的。如果您追求性价比，我强烈推荐这家酒店。
这家汽车旅馆干净整洁，非常适合住几晚。附近有很多购物场所。工作人员非常友好，而且随时提供咖啡和茶。床很舒服，浴室也很大。我们一定会再次入住这里。这里是体验周边各种活动的理想基地。
