Hot tub broken, ice machine broken, pop machine empty, room a mile away up two flights of stairs, room number missing, replaced with a piece of paper taped to the wall. Check out staff ignorant. Consistently pathetic.

Pool always seems to be out of order which was disappointing again. Otherwise, the stay and room was nice. The bed was very comfortable.

We love this place and stay a few times a year, mostly for the hot tub and sauna on a cold evening. When we booked, we were sent an email saying they were open and functional, and the day after when we checked in we were told they were closed all weekend for maintenance. That should have been known the day before and told to us. We would have booked another weekend. Pretty disappointed.

The room needs a tlc make over. The curtain needed hemming, the lock on door was missing, the duvet had stains on them, the carpet had stains.

Staff was nice, decent water pressure in shower, bed was comfortable, there’s a restaurant on site…Shower needs a good scrub; grout between tiles in particular, top lock on door was broken(no part to fold over), pools closed

The stay was nice. The room was clean and very quiet especially since we were right next to a major highway. The building itself could use some repairs and the lack of availability to snacks was a little disappointing. Our check in clerk was great however the check out clerk was rather abrupt and was down right rude to me later over a change that they forgot to put on my bill. Definitely would stay again though.

Strange situation where someone was still in our room when we checked in. Felt like we were kicking her out of her apartment. She had a litter box she was taking with her? We checked in well past 5pm - it was odd that she was still there. Otherwise stay has been fine
