Staff was nice, decent water pressure in shower, bed was comfortable, there’s a restaurant on site…Shower needs a good scrub; grout between tiles in particular, top lock on door was broken(no part to fold over), pools closed

The stay was nice. The room was clean and very quiet especially since we were right next to a major highway. The building itself could use some repairs and the lack of availability to snacks was a little disappointing. Our check in clerk was great however the check out clerk was rather abrupt and was down right rude to me later over a change that they forgot to put on my bill. Definitely would stay again though.

Strange situation where someone was still in our room when we checked in. Felt like we were kicking her out of her apartment. She had a litter box she was taking with her? We checked in well past 5pm - it was odd that she was still there. Otherwise stay has been fine

Not as advertised!!! If I could give zero stars I would. No explanation for room service never cleaning my room. Pool was closed due to health concerns. First room smelled horrible and could not change the temperature. Asked for a earlier check out to find a new hotel and was treated poorly and was ultimately denied. Moved me to a different room which was better but the carpet had that crunch to it. One of the worse hotels I have ever stayed at.

Their property is fairly nice. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy but other than that the room was in good condition and the bed was comfortable.

Horrible hotel - stay somewhere different.
Carpet was dirty. Black mold in shower (multiple areas). Toilet seat was dirty. Air conditioner didnt work. Hallway carpet was very dirty.

The hotel is old and tired. Entry into the building is not secure. The grounds are not maintained, weeds and dirt everywhere. The hallway carpets are worn and unclean. Wallpaper peeling from the wall. Parking lot full of pot holes.
Sink and tub in the room were both plugged. I had to request a plunger to unclog the sink. Sink stopper was filthy and came out of the sink. Shower curtain was ripped. The pool and hot tub were closed due to order from the Department of health for cleanliness reasons. Overall a bad experience.

Run down, broken stuff everywhere outside main entrance car port was falling apart pieces look like they were going to fall off top part, fallen trees, smashed picnic tables and basket ball nets laying around, pot holes in driveway. Door to outside don’t lock at night. Anyone could walk into the hotel from back door. Lamp posts knocked down, outside pool was empty with a table upside down in it. Smelt bad and stains on carpet in room floor, and hallways. Also bottom of top was painted for some reason with whit paint. Took pictures if you want. In very bad disrepair
