新酒店,房间又大又干净,床超级大,早餐也很棒。

前台接待员态度很差,态度也很粗鲁。她找不到预订单。值班经理被叫来,她摸索了好一会儿,即使把确认邮件给他们俩看了,还是找不到预订单。后来,就像变魔术一样,信息找到了。当然,所有责任都推到*******身上了。
我们房间的空调坏了。我们一家六口,被告知必须安排在两个不同的房间。其中一个房间的空调也坏了,半夜有人试图闯入我们的房间,因为酒店把房间租给了别人,但没有记录我们住在那里。
