Room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and even called and said we left something. Breakfast was good.

We visit Carlisle often as a result of college drop offs. This is our preferred place to stay. Clean, updated, convenient.

This was my second stay at the Homewood Suites. Very nice, clean, comfortable. Staff are friendly. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Neighborhood is safe. Now, as for the lighting in the rooms. The lightbulbs are brighter than the sun. No dimmers or way around it. Every lightbulb is so bright. Soft light or one dimmer would be great. Otherwise, I will be staying again.

My stay was very pleasant, very relaxed no noise, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel has a fantastic wide range of facilities and parking, very easy to get everywhere in town, no traffic at all.

I was quiet at night. I could not hear any hallway noise or noise from other rooms. Good breakfast. Good coffee.

没有卫生纸，厨房里缺少杯子、盘子等物品，也没有冰篮。
我们请前台帮忙拿东西，但工作人员拒绝了，因为她是唯一的工作人员。我不得不下楼去拿卫生纸。虽然我到前台时看到有两个人在。房间也没有准备好。我们之前多次入住这家酒店，而且它是这一带最贵的酒店，所以这次选择它也是出于更高的期望。这次体验非常令人失望，我们以后不会再来了。
房间很干净，咖啡也不错。
但其他方面几乎一无是处。
办理入住的工作人员极其不专业且效率低下。
枕头质量极差，我们要求多要几个时，被告知酒店因为大家都要求多要枕头，所以枕头已经不够了！
沙发床的床垫薄得可怜，而且磨损严重，导致我们连续两晚都没睡好。
沙发床的靠垫上有一大块污渍，只是翻过来盖住了而已！
我们四个大人住在一个房间里，却只提供了三条浴巾！当我们要求增加浴巾时，却被告知要下楼去拿！
无障碍淋浴间
我为坐轮椅的丈夫预订了一间带无障碍淋浴间的房间，但房间没有。他们给了我们一间他们认为合适的房间。但是浴室马桶旁没有扶手，淋浴间也只有一个扶手。除非他们能保证提供我预订的设施，否则我们以后不太可能再入住这家酒店了。
柜台后面的那位女士让我们等了好几分钟。她一直在发短信和跟她的员工聊天，没有跟我们打招呼，让我们感觉不到欢迎。她问我要身份证和信用卡。我们根本没睡着，因为我们听到孩子们在房间外跑来跑去，还在房间上方跳来跳去。
