房间不错的,虽然定的是双人房,但是阳台外面的景色真的不错,可以看到运河,也可以看到哈利法塔,一眼望去都是纸醉金迷的都市夜生活,酒店前台不错,挺热情的,但是但是,酒店的车子不要用,9走路10分钟的路程收了50迪拉姆,换算人民币直接100块,就带你绕了个800米
在这家酒店的住宿体验堪称完美。工作人员热情好客,随时提供帮助;客房干净整洁,设施齐全;早餐也非常丰盛。酒店位置优越,交通便利,靠近所有景点。强烈推荐这家超赞的酒店。
酒店位置比较便利,适合商务出行,早餐比较简单,没有儿童游泳池,可以办理延迟退房到2点,有待客趴车,能看到哈利法塔
糟糕的体验,预订完全不可信。我付了全额房费,结果抵达时发现酒店已经结账了,我不得不再付一晚的钱,因为旅途太累了。我联系了他们,但问题一直没有解决。我再也不会和他们打交道了,我会向旅游局投诉,要求退还我所有的钱。
不知道这是家什么风格的酒店 一到晚上大堂就是粉红色的灯光 然后会有穿着十分火辣的妹子上楼下楼 楼下是餐厅 一到夜宵时间就会放吵闹的音乐 房间内沙发和地毯都蛮脏的 唯一的优点是楼下50米处有一家小超市 可以买东西 忍着头皮住了三晚🥹
相比迪拜的奢华酒店,这家算是比较经济实惠的选择。服务有待提高,我们问了一些旅游相关的问题时,工作人员不太乐意帮忙。房间很宽敞,视野也很好。早餐非常棒!
我们被升级到一间能看到哈利法塔景色的房间,这太棒了。所有员工都非常友好,这是一家很棒的酒店,如果能打扫得更干净一些就更好了,不过这只是个小问题。
特别差,根本配不上“五星”!为出差的领导和客人预订的酒店,入住后 没有洗漱用品 没有拖鞋,最气愤的是毛巾等特别脏! 在携程反馈后与酒店协商处理,根本不理睬!发邮件反馈也没有任何回复。订了三晚,因为太垃圾的,申请提前一天退房 也不回复 不处理 最后就是不同意!太垃圾了!请广大携程用户一定要注意,不要再上当了!!!这酒店连北京的汉庭也不如!!!
酒店很干净,房间又大又好。可惜的是,我在办理入住时遇到前台员工和餐厅经理,他们态度很差,一点都不乐于助人,什么也没解释。不过,行李员和其他员工都非常棒。酒店提供免费巴士服务去棕榈岛,在那里可以免费使用海滩俱乐部。
