Value for money,a budget friendly hotel and definitely you can’t expect more than anything in this price range. Came here 2nd time and we will be back again, Food was good and service is 5*,very very professional staff I must appreciate the training they have received from the management great going on guys,I usually do not give 5 stars because there is always a scope for improvement but you guys are doing great,Thank you team see you all again ❤️

Worst hotel. Bad rooms. No service. Horrible entry from a dirty basement. Bad breakfast. Never go to this hotel. Staff indifferent with no service attitude. No Window in room. No ventillation in bath room. Not Water absent. Shower not working.

Pros: The location is close to KIIT University. Choice of restaurants and shops around. Rooms are neat and clean and are above average (don't go by their photos). Buffet breakfast has limited varieties but the Food Taste is good. Staff are well-mannered and responsive. provision of Wi-Fi and TV. Cons: No Geyser in the bathroom. Due to centralized Solar geyser getting hot water is difficult. Also hotel premises are not well maintained. Far (about 15Kms) from Airport and Railway station (11Km).

Premium Location, Very Near To KIIT , University. Good Ambiance , Nice Staff , Good Behaviour & Cooperative , Overall Stay was Excellent , Room was Neat and Clean, Good Housekeeping, Good Food and Hygienic also.

I was a Solo Traveller and stayed for 2 days in a Dual Single Bedroom. The rooms were great and well decorated. The bathrooms were also clean and nice. The hotel staff were quite professional and helpful . The location most importantly was superb. All the good fancy places were in walking distance and you can easily find any mode of transport too.
