The room, food and overall resort ***** with the views was great! They had a lot of facilities but my main issue came w the front desk, they asked me to submit another ID, as they “don’t allow people below 20 in their hotel”, even though i had booked it as me being 18. I had a terrible time speaking with them regarding this and they insisted that i send them another ID regardless of what i said. Also i had ordered a cake at my room/the hotel from an outside bakery and they wouldn’t let the delivery boy enter their establishment even though i had cooperated with them ***** every step.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at four a resort, jammu, and everything about the experience was spectacular! from the top-notch services and luxurious amenities to the delicious food, everything exceeded my expectations. A special mention to mr. Vishal, who went above and beyond when we forgot a dress at the resort. He promptly arranged for it to be couriered to us, and though we paid for the shipping, his effort and professionalism were highly appreciated. The only slight downside was the difficulty in getting through to them by phone. They didn’t answer on the first or second call, requiring persistent follow-ups to connect. Aside from that minor issue, i absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend four a resort for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable experience.

Property is located far away from city centre, but the property size is huge. Its amenities is also great. Surprisingly food was awesome, tast was wow. I recommend this resort for food and amenities
