They recently changed ownership and became “Mantra KH boutique” Awesome staff, wonderful rooms, excellent location…we extended our 4 night stay to 7!! Highly recommend as the beach is a 3 minute walk and restaurants are all around. Also a small D1 mini market is right next door for convenience.

Outrageously overpriced 3-star property, which sells itself as a luxury boutique hotel. The supposedly posh decoration is of very bad taste and looks cheap. The receptionist and owner are extremely unpleasant and not flexible whatsoever. The location is below average, not overlooking the sea and with a ridiculously small pool. The finishings are inacceptable. There is no hot water in the bedrooms (only a malfunctioning "Colombian shower"). The so-called balcony is a placeholder for the external unit of the air conditioner. It is small and filthy. Breakfast is minimal. There isn't even a rooftop terrace.

El día de su llegada lo atendió nuestro recepcionista y usted hablo con la gerencia sobre sus exigencias las cuales no podían ser cumplidas ya que su reserva estaba muy clara solicitada para dos personas por habitacion no una triple y otra doble. Para lo cual se ofreció la solución de tomar otra habitacion y usted se negó. Ante todo para nosotros es inaceptable los malos tratos y ofensas a nuestro personal, cuando nos caracterizamos por brindarles un excelente servicio a nuestros huéspedes. En ninguna información ofrecemos vista al mar ya que no la tenemos, usted no realizo el uso de piscina en ningún momento ya que estuvo la mayoría de su estadía por fuera, nuestro desayuno cuenta con 4 pasos los cuales el cliente pide a la carta los cuales usted no tomo ya que salió del hotel. Lamentamos que no pudiera apreciar cada detalle que se encuentra en nuetsro hotel lo cual un influencer como nos dijo ser debería poder apreciar. Cordial saludo, KH Hotel Boutique

This hotel really was a mixed bag. The staff were amazing and friendly and they are the reason it got three stars. The hotel is clean but there are many faults. Firstly we did not have hot water until the last day. The shower gave us electric shocks and one night the electricity went off, including the Aircon. From time to time the telly wouldn’t work. Not really huge amount, but considering the price we felt it was expensive. The dinners were nice but once again it was overpriced.
