Rooms were spotless. Lobby was very inviting. The breakfast was great. If we ever need to stay at a hotel in New Bern it will definitely be the Clarion Point New Bern.

Overall a nice clean stay only cons I have to mention are that the room feels kind of cramped due the the huge closet thing right infront of the first bed and the breakfast did not have any hot food other than waffles. Eggs and sausage should def be added to the menu! Other than those small things the stay was great!

We are regular customers of this hotel. It's always been our favorite New Bern Hotel and we can't imagine staying anywhere different. The first night was the absolute best, I had the BEST night of sleep and it was so quiet. The second night was a different situation. Someone had checked in after 9pm that night and was given a room on our floor. Next to our room, all I heard for almost 2 hours was children screaming at the top of their lungs and thudding and running and banging thing's around. It was so loud you could hear it in the hallway. I did eventually go to the desk to see if anything could be done (husband and I were there celebrating our wedding anniversary.) She said the person next to us was not supposed to have anyone with him and I told her there have to told her there has to be At least 2 kids in that room having a huge meltdown. She said she'd handle it. I laid awake well past 11pm listening to it and was promptly woken up the next morning by it. I really wish someone had done something to address the issue. He may have been there a few times but it didn't change the fact I had to listen to kids screaming in the room next to us. Other than that it was a goodstay.

Everythign was great! I have no comppains, the room was clean, the staff were welcoming and nice. I would stay here again.

The parking spaces are kind of tight and they could use more.
Other than that no issues and our stay was good.

Stayed one night for wife's class reunion. Very clean, comfortable, quiet.
Definitely stay again with no hesitation!

Room wasn't ready when we arrived, due to being short staffed. Room was very ready (clean/neat/stocked) when we got into it after dinner. Bed in the room was comfortable. Lounge chair was a nice addition as well. A/C kept the room from being hot or humid.
Front desk was very friendly and apologetic for the delay. Helped with locations for dinner when asked.
Small issues overall. It was a good stay for us. We would go back to this hotel without hesitation.
Refrigerator had no freezer compartment. We bought a pint of ice cream and it (obviously) melted overnight.
