The parking spaces are kind of tight and they could use more.
Other than that no issues and our stay was good.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived, due to being short staffed. Room was very ready (clean/neat/stocked) when we got into it after dinner. Bed in the room was comfortable. Lounge chair was a nice addition as well. A/C kept the room from being hot or humid.
Front desk was very friendly and apologetic for the delay. Helped with locations for dinner when asked.
Small issues overall. It was a good stay for us. We would go back to this hotel without hesitation.
Refrigerator had no freezer compartment. We bought a pint of ice cream and it (obviously) melted overnight.

I was very pleased with my stay. The facility appears to have been updated . The lobby and breakfast area was impressive . I will stay here again if in this area.

Very clean room. Updated facility. Beds were comfortable and it was so easy to get to the places we wanted to be. Nothing beyond a 10 minute drive.
I highly recommend visiting New Bern and staying at Clarion Point. Couldn’t beat the price for the service.

This was the quietest stay of any hotel I have been to.The room was neat, modern and clean. It was also nice to turn on regular TV, not streaming service based! Thank you for a great stay! I will return.

We prepaid the room. Upon entering the room we felt the room smelled bad enough, and with the window screwed shut, we decided to return to the front desk and turned in our keys. A different room was not available, so we asked for a full refund. We never received a refund. We had used the toilet and a hand towel, but were only in the room for a couple minutes. Via email, the manager chose to disagree with our refund request.
