Our stay at The Pendry was exceptional. The staff goes above & beyond in everything. They truly go the extra distance to make your stay the best experience possible. The rooms are beautiful. They are spacious with magnificent views.

The mountain views were spectacular. Every staff member we encounterd were personally engaging and attentive. We were so impressed!!! We took our server's two best recommendations for dinner, and he nailed it two out of two!! Even during our short stay, The Penury made us feel like old friends.

Out of season most of the local amenities are closed. Although our room was clean and spacious it has design faults such as the bathroom has two entrances, the one by the bed doesn't fully slide closed so when anyone turns a light on in the bathroom it disturbs the person still in bed

Location and facilities were unbeatable, but there were too many inconviniences during our stay. They didn’t clean our room until we came back in the afternoon and noted it, we asked for certain changes in our dishes during breakfast that were ignored, during check-in receptionist didn’t have specifics of our reservations clear… All of them were addressed accordingly, but it would’ve been better if there hadn’t been any.

The hotel is beautiful, staff friendly, and room clean and bright. Only a couple of minor complaints - first, summers in Utah are warm, even in Park City. A lighter blanket option would’ve been nice (usually found in the closet), the comforter on the bed would be great for cooler temps, but not for summer (even with the AC turned down it was too hot). Second, the Google cast option is great, but you have to be connected to the hotel WiFi to use it, which is not great.
