It was decent and clean room. The food was great despite being pure vegetarian. Hospitality of the staff was too good esp. Mr. Lalit. Mr. Tiwari also took care of us like a family and shared many pearls of wisdom. Very accommodating even with limited resources in the Jungle. Bonfire and housie with all the residents was a nice experience.

The location's great, and the rooms are good too. Umaraman Tiwari, the manager, is super helpful with room service, but the restaurant service was a really bad experience.

The experience was amazing , hospitality was top notch, Tiwari ji was fantastic he is very polite and helpful All the staff was very helpful and professional. I have been to many Sterling properties but did not get such good hospitality anywhere Sterling Gir is worth visiting.

Fantastic location. Service is excellent. In particular house keeping service is fantastic. One house keeping person by name UmaRaman Tiwary, given excellent services nd providing very useful information. He is an asset to the property. Food quality nd service need to improved much. Overall excellent.

Excellent property and location close to Gir forest entry area. Lovely green ambience with trees, gardens and lots of play areas for children. Pool is well maintained. Staff is cooperative and very cordial. Mr. Umaraman Tiwari took special care of us during our stay with every small request.

Lion Safari was the primary objective of the trip, with options of Gir and Devaliya Safari it was achieved with seeing 2 lion couples in close sight range. Sterling Resort location in jungle in between wild life and silence away from rush and traffic was another needed aspect. Easy travel and reach options arranged from sterling resort made it very convient during the stay. Good ambience and good maintained sorriundings with lots of greenery and trees felt very relaxing and good way to disconnect from daily busy life. Rooms were very well maintained and clean and ambient with all arrangements needed, service was also prompt and good. Ammentimes like swimming pool and cycle were also enjoyed by the family. Special thanks to Umar Aman Tiwari ji to assistance and support and daily checking out well being. Also special thanks to Tiwari ji for his way around children which helped children to enjoy explore and learn more things about the resort and area.

His recommendations helped us make the most of our time in the area. What really made our stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality of Ramakaram Tiwari. He personally ensured that every aspect of our stay was comfortable. He patiently explained all the amenities available at the resort, which made it easy for us to plan our activities. His special attention to my parents’ comfort meant the world to us—it’s rare to find such thoughtful service. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, the well-maintained swimming pool, and the various other amenities. A lovely surprise was how effortlessly Ramakaram connected with our kids—especially my daughter, who looked forward to her chats with him during playtime. As we prepared to leave, Ramakaram’s warm gesture of accompanying us to our vehicle and engaging in a cheerful conversation truly left a lasting impression. the property is inside the jungle and you need to drive from main road but its completely safe I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting Gir. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, you’ll find not just a resort but a team that genuinely cares about making your stay special. We can’t wait to come back!
