The Front desk clerk was very warm, friendly, and professional. It was late, and I was tired and cold and a bit upset because of some issue I had with my payment. She was very understanding and had it all sorted out in seconds. My room was immaculate. My disappointment was that the elevator was not working during the days I was there. I have a bad knee and had to take the stairs down to the breakfast room, which did not have much to choose from. Overall, my stay was good.

The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, very lumpy. The bed sheets had dried blood stains on it, not a good look. In the bathroom around the bowl of the sink have mildew on it. Lastly there was only a half roll of toilet paper on the roll, not even a fresh roll.i was very disappointed overall, especially for the price i was charged.

Room was clean. However when I came to check in, front desk informed me that the system was down. Decided to wait it out. Witnessed a guest come in and purchase a room for the night, however no one updated me as to whether problem was fixed. Told them I'll be back because I didn't feel like waiting any longer. When I finally checked in later that evening, found out TVs have no apps, so all we could watch were the local channels.

First day checking in there was no running water and you can pretty much hear everything from the hall inside your room. Otherwise, it was adequate for an emergency stay.

从纽约回家路过该酒店,夜里十一点,不想晚上开车回家 感觉华美达品牌还是比较好的,于是携程预订,定的商务特大床房间,携程信息标注床的尺寸不小于1.8m,十一点十分左右入住,到房间后发现是地下室,没有窗户,有潮湿的味道,最关键的是只有一个一米五的小床(和预订信息严重不符),我们是夫妻俩,挤不下,在房间停了一分钟就回到前台问工作人员有没有大床的,工作人员说有,但要加钱(我们定的3100多人民币一晚),我感觉房间和预订的不符,本来定的就是大床房,现在又让加钱,就决定不住了,把房卡交给前台就在携程平台操作退房,从进酒店入住到离开酒店不到二十分钟(包括排队等候时间),也没有动房间的任何东西,携程客服回信息说酒店方不同意退款,而且酒店工作人员态度很不好,我们决定不住的时候工作人员的脸色已经铁青了,我感觉不可思议,是酒店提供的房间和预订信息严重不符我们才没住的,按照有关法律规定,就是相符,我们进房间不满意没有使用房间马上退房的话,也必须退费。目前携程客服还在协调中,酒店坚持当时给我们提供的是符合预订要求的大床,后来又给携程客服说带我们去看了另外的房间,既然给我们的房间符合要求,为什么又带我们看别的房间?这不是自相矛盾吗?到目前还没退费!建议大家以后注意这家酒店,华美达这个品牌的管理真是让人失望!同时警告酒店,如果不退费,我会采取法律行动维护我的合法权益的!
性价比不错的酒店
入住体验糟糕透顶。员工态度恶劣,床单上有头发,而且我们入住期间没有自来水。由于水质问题,我们拒绝续住一晚,但拉玛达酒店拒绝退款,扣留了我们的房费。以后绝不会再入住。预订这家酒店要小心,他们不会退款。
缺乏纪律。
部分客人喧闹。
酒店工作人员无动于衷。
