Excellent location near the Country Music Hall of Fame and music on Broadway. The rooftop was a beautiful place to relax after a full day. The service was excellent and staff were very helpful

Enjoyed the room layout, quiet of the hotel, even the earthy smell! The bed was heavenly and so comfortable. Great location in a very walkable area of downtown. Would definitely come back again!

Bedding and towels best ever! Complimentary car service for short trips. Staff very friendly! Thought room and coffee shop food was way over priced or would have given 5 stars all around

房间房顶是水泥墙，订的正常房间给的是残障房并且还是联通房。床后面灯带会在五分钟左右循环自己关一下。非常差
非常好，下次肯定还会再订！

酒店不错，但房间有点问题。
房间里到处都是白色的纤维和灰尘，我估计是白色的沙发飘出来的。这些纤维沾满了我的衣服和物品，每次进房间我都感到恶心和瘙痒。我一离开房间就感觉好多了，但每次回来，症状又会复发。
总的来说，这里很棒，一定会再来的。氛围很棒，员工友好，房间干净，位置也很棒！
