Very good experience as the hotel is best for accommodation good service best and neat well maintained restroom and bedroom previously booked many hotels in oyo but in make my trip hotel castle manor is my first booking and a good experience

Bed is full of sand, i heard noisy sound like drilling sound. I complained to the receptionist but no solution

Such a good hotel and staff, even they help us out in exploring places near by hotel including authentic north indian meal as well

The rooms were too congested. I had booked two rooms and in one of the rooms the ac was not working and we had to check with the reception 3-4 times to get the room changed or have them call a technician. But other than that, the stay was fine.

The rooms were good, the staff were friendly too, they also guided us. Just food service was not there and sheets had some spots.

Apartment turned hotel, don’t expect too much cleanliness. Probably to crash for few hours. However the front desk people are helpful

When we came to the hotel, the attendant who was present was not responsive. The bed sheets were smelling terrible and the room was stinking. The next when the other staff came, they changed the sheets and the room was bearable. Just for the improvement by subsequently by the other staff, i would rate it as average.
