Staff was so rude after a few hours of trying to check in because they couldn’t find our reservation but already took the money from our account we just left and had to find another hotel late at night.

The staff was polite and the room was clean and comfortable.
I was disappointed that the hot had paint peeling from inside, so I wasn't able to use it.
The refrigerator wasn't cold, however the issue was fixed after I raised my concern with the front desk.
Plenty of parking.

It was okay. Lots of construction going on around it, which isn’t their fault but it made it inconvenient to get to. Lots of traffic, near the NJ Turnpike. Hotel was fine. It just wasn’t as easy to get to the city as I’d expected. We ended up ubering to the train station and taking the Journal train into the city each time. I won’t return, but it’s due to location- not the hotel. If you’re comfortable with city traffic and transportation then it might be perfect for you.

I booked this hotel due to the good reviews it had.
I came here with my family for vacation. Room smelled horrible. The carpet and bathrooms are dirty. Mold growing on shower and all over the bathroom. Carpet hasn't been clean in years. White socks will end up black. We had roaches in the room. We could get a refund due to there policy.also we check other hotels and all where booked as they had events. Also they charge $60 early check in and $150 deposit. Please take your money somewhere else. As a mom of 3 kids do not recommend staying here.
There is nothing remodeled here.
They try to mask the horrible smell with lavender scented cleaners.

Terrible hotel - Roach
Horrible the tub was chipped. The floors had carpet that was lifting up and to top it off there was a Roach in our room. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here

Worst Hotel - Full of Bed bugs
Worst experience. Hotel room was not clean and it had bed bugs. I fell sick for next 2 days. Not at all a good place to live in.

不过，酒店位置很好，员工也很友好。我们住的地方就在去纽约的巴士站旁边。我们没花太多钱，所以还可以接受。
早餐不错。
工作人员很周到，停车位紧张。设施看起来有些陈旧。淋浴排水口有些污渍。
