I didn’t have AC in my room for two days. Then, they tried to give another room to make up for it, and that room hadn’t been cleaned. There was water damage on the second floor and they didn’t bother to clean it up. There were cobwebs everywhere. They definitely need more housekeeping staff.

We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up to check us on. There was a cockroach in the stairwell. The room didn't have two beds and they ran out of shower towels

My room was not cleaned well. It had hair on the tub from previous guest and the shower did ntmot have a shower curtain.

This property appeared to be very new and well kept. The breakfast was very nice and all the staff was pleasant and helpful.
Therefore I hate to give a bad review, but we found a dead roach underneath our suitcase as we left. But our main complaint was that the air conditioner seems to be programmed to only cool to 74°, which was way too warm for us to sleep well, since we keep our bedroom AC at 65° at home.
