The room was outstanding and clean. The staff was top notch and the food was delicious. The. Shower was hot the tv was perfect size and the bed was big and comfortable. I’m really enjoyed my stay.

The front desk staff was hit or miss. Some were extremely helpful while one was extremely rude with an attitude. The other was okay not rude, but not particularly helpful either. Room cleaning seems to be an issue. We didn’t get any service on more days than we did. We asked for daily service which didn’t happen and then we were told it was because we didn’t take our dnd sign off until 10am. The sign says the cleaning was done every other day for our convenience. It is certainly not convenient to be up and out by 7am. We were told cleaning happens at 7am.

Murky Pool
The only reason we chose this hotel was for the swimming pool - absolutely no where else in the area has one available for our stay - this pool was dirty and had murky water - none of us were getting in THAT water. Highly disappointed - horrible value for your money.

Wonderful Experience
The staff was wonderful, especially Jordan at the front desk and Dwayne in the breakfast area. The staff I passed in the hallway ALL greeted us with hello and smiles.
I will be recommending this hotel to my family and friends. Thanks Much..

Everything was great. The only reason I gave 3 stars for service is because we never got an ice bucket.
酒店位于繁华地段。还不错，餐饮选择很多，但人流有点多。前台有时有人。我打电话过去，但没人接，离开时不得不自己去找前台服务员。房间宽敞干净。早餐还可以。可以选择圆形鸡蛋、薯饼和鸡肉香肠。燕麦粥没有红糖，但有坚果、葡萄干等。只有橙汁和苹果汁，而且不凉。对了，他们提供瓶装水。酒店有华夫饼机和几种麦片。健身器材很棒，洗衣区虽然不大，但还算不错。总而言之，我还会再次入住！
我们在这里短暂停留，但客户服务仍然给我们留下了深刻的印象。酒店设施齐全，房间宽敞舒适，空调运行良好，尤其是在外面这么热的情况下。我唯一的抱怨是，我们房间的地毯有些地方看起来有点脏，浴室地板的一个角落需要拖地，而且浴室的一面墙上有脏抹布的痕迹。除了这些清洁上的小瑕疵，房间还是很可爱的，入住体验也不错。我们一定会再次入住。
