I found some insects in the room and AC was not working properly. After complain they changed my room but again I found it a budget hotel. If you are tight on budget, it’s a ok to stay here as US vfs is not much far. 10 minutes auto ride. Staff were friendly and though breakfast was limited but fresh and nice.

The place was good and comfortable. Staff were also helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and tasty. Highly recommended place to stay in Chennai Nungambakkam location for business or leisure trips.

Good enough room. Basic items only. Most of the staff are helpful specially Dinesh in front desk. Food is poor! Since we booked for BB and it was a surprise we barely had food in th3 buffet that we can eat. Only a piece of bread and butter or jam at times. Breakfast is only designed for locals. Chai is always available. All and all a good place other than food, due to its close proximity to Apollo hospital and MGM Healthcare.

非常好的酒店。一切都很好，早餐一流。
在酒店住得很愉快。房间整洁干净。最令人印象深刻的是酒店员工，特别是乌莎，她满足了我们所有的要求，而且始终面带微笑。
这家酒店经济实惠，住宿体验很好。这是我第二次入住Upar酒店，他们真的很不错，值得入住。
我预订了这家酒店两晚。床铺卫生状况极差。我们到达时，不得不特意要求更换枕套。枕套上有明显的红黑色污渍。我怀疑客房服务人员怎么会没注意到。晚上，我们发现毯子上长满了霉菌，而且毯套也没洗干净。于是我们要求更换。他们只是用水冲洗了一下，而不是换上干净的毯子。我们只好盖着半干的毯子睡觉，当然，我们关掉了房间的空调（多亏了那天钦奈的好天气）。这家酒店唯一的优点就是离钦奈退伍军人协会很近。
这里是个完美的下榻之处。酒店环境优美，整体非常干净整洁。此外，前台接待员彬彬有礼、谦逊有礼。客房服务一流。入住体验也很棒。强烈推荐您选择这里，享受一段美好的旅程。
