Room was spotless. The staff was outstanding. Brianna and Veronica are JEWELS. They made me feel like a favorite auntie - like family! If I could, I'd give them both promotions, more money, and plenty of appreciation!

Staff was amazing. Polite and always saying hi and checking on us. Room was very clean. The dead bolt lock did not work but we didnt need to use it. Breakfast was great except for the grits instead of oatmeal the first two mornings. But i understand that is geographical and i am from North Dakota so totally understandable. Loved the stay i'd still rate it a 10 out of 10.

这绝对是我住过最棒、最干净的地方之一！酒店的庭院里开满了漂亮的花，非常雅致。感觉有点高档，我打算很快再回去住。我的床特别干净，也特别舒服……我确实仔细检查过了！一切都很满意！
这家酒店的员工非常友好，房间也很干净。我很喜欢这家连锁酒店提供的设施，让人感觉很放松。
不错的地方
我去办理入住的时候，前台服务员根本没理我，尽管她当时正在打电话。她的午餐散落在柜台上。我在那里站了十分钟，等她开口。我已经在路上跑了好几个小时，正准备睡觉。等她开口说话的时候，我的同伴已经把车停好，和我一起等着办理入住了。浴室一点也不干净。地板上和淋浴间里都有头发。房间地板上也有头发。我们楼上的房间到处都是脚步声，非常吵。这绝对是我住这家酒店以来最糟糕的经历。
前台小姐帮不上什么忙。我需要退房，但她却拒绝帮我办理退房手续！
员工友好。安静。房间不干净。床单没洗过。
