Unfortunately, since the reservation was not canceled within that window, we were unable to issue a refund in accordance with the policy.We always recommend double-checking the reservation details before finalizing.We do hope you’ll consider staying with us in the future if you're visiting the Findlay area.

这家酒店的位置不太理想，有点偏僻。入住期间，我遇到了一些影响舒适度和休息的问题。房间的空调持续发出咔哒咔哒的噪音，室外灯光很亮，晚上照进房间，手机充电接口也坏了。此外，房间一直很吵，不是因为客人的活动，而是因为墙内管道和水管发出的声音。
我们当时还没意识到退房时间是11点，还在睡觉。可怜的清洁女工真是尴尬极了，不过，真正尴尬的是我们自己，因为我们没能按时退房。她们很通情达理，让我们赶紧收拾好东西离开。
由于不小心订错了位置，我没能入住，我们当时订的是桑达斯基附近的酒店，不知道是怎么回事。等我意识到发生了什么事，却发现无法更改或取消预订。非常失望。
优质服务
我和妻子在这家酒店度过了一段美好的时光。我们住的房间非常干净。床非常舒适，而且价格合理，绝对值得入住。
小镇很可爱。房间很脏，淋浴墙上到处都是以前住户的头发，烟味很重，他们忘了补充洗漱用品，浴室门也关不上。以后不会再住这里了。
房间里有股烟味，不得不换房间，因为床很脏，早餐简直是笑话，网上看起来要好得多，但工作人员非常友好，
这是我们吃过的最有限的欧陆式早餐，只能容纳 3 个人。
