We have stayed in three other hotels on our annual trip to Tortola and this one was the best. Very modern clean rooms. Nicole and Mya at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I was a bit concerned that the hotel was not directly on the sand with beach but really it’s just steps from the hotel. We loved that there were 3-4 nice restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. We will return. Thank you

The hotel was amazing and beautiful. Came Bay is a lovely place with excellent local restaurants. The staff at Cane Bay were all extremely nice and very helpful for local things to do. Definitely coming back 2026!!

The rooms are lovely; each with views of the beautiful Cane Garden Bay. The hotel is situated on one end of the post card worthy beach with crystal clear water. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Indeed, I have been all over the West Indies and have never encountered more uniformly friendly residents than in this chain of aptly named Virgin Islands. Tortola is retro-Caribbean, and I mean that in the most positive sense. There was only one cruise ship in port for a day the week we stayed, and we avoided the hordes by driving to Smugglers Cove, an even more impossibly beautiful and remote beach, accessible only with 4 wheel drive-so no tourist vans could reach it. This is not for everyone. If your idea of a Caribbean getaway tends towards mass tourism destinations such as Aruba, the DR, or the Dutch side of St Maarten, then Tortola probably wouldn’t be your cup of tea. Oh, and since the BVI are obviously British, they do drive on the left side, which can be quite the adventure on the winding hilltop roads.

gem and made our stay sooo nice!! And Ashur-Marie, one of the managers, was a amazingly helpful w all questions. The hotel was new, immaculate, and our room was huge and overlooking the ocean. It is across the street from the best beach on the island. Our room was smart wired. TV was big and nice. Free breakfast was perfect. Pool was just right and warm. Lionel (taxi) is a local guy who took us everwhere. Hotel restaurant- Rhythm and Sands w bar on ocean was fabulous. Had quesadillas and nachos and my husband had hamburgers and coconut shrimp- all excellent. This hotel is AMAZING - as is the staff- and we WILL BE BACK!! Worth every penny!!

This property is very nice and clean! Rooms were beautiful & very comfortable bed. We had a suite which was oceanfront and the view was incredible from our comfy swing chairs. We had an unusual situation because we were there during hurricane Erin, so not many guests were there. The staff was absolutely amazing! It was a scary situation and they were at our disposal as needed. The restaurant is across the street on the beach. It has a gorgeous view, good food and drinks and very nice staff. We hope to return soon...not during hurricane season

Loved the view from our balcony, comfy king bed and sofa bed for our family of 4, support with getting transfer and taxi when needed, billiards enjoyed by our teens, and delicious dinner at the onsite restaurant. The beach is clean and easy entry for any age with watersports next door. Some cool shops for clothing and souvenirs a short walk down the beach within another beach restaurant. Short distance to other beaches, Roadtown ferry, Beef Island ferry and airport.

This hotel is the very best hotel in Cane Garden Bay…. It’s the only property that’s the equivalent of a nice Hilton in the area. Staff are superb, very friendly and kind. Bobbys market, a short walk away, is well stocked and makes the stay convenient and comfortable. Cane Garden Bay is rustic…. 3 primary restaurants and several small offerings. The area, although rustic, is safe, and the locals are helpful. We loved it! Leave the madness back home and enjoy Tortola, Cane Garden Bay, Brewers Bay, and day trips to Virgin Gorda, The Baths.
