We arrived 14.15 to be told we can not check in until 15.00 unless we had booked early check in. Why if rooms are ready do we have to pay for early check in?. So we sat in bar with over priced drinks then when check in opened we were not told. We went to check in and were then behind 6 familys who came in behind us so I went to self check in did every thing to check in I got room number but when told to scan key card there was no cards in slot to scan. A total waste of time so still had to que to check in. So after arriving we eventually got in room after 15.30. There was no ability to open windows in room because they were sealed shut.

Great hotel, great location, lovely and quiet, nice bar and restaurant in the hotel, plenty of pubs/restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of parking.

Very busy on arrival, but staff came over to help. Unable to book evening meal but given list of local takeaways. Comfy beds, tasty breakfast and evening meal the following night. All staff helpful, but seemed a little understaffed as staff doing more than one job. Didn't spoil our experience though, would definitely stay again.

My mum and myself stayed for one night in Pickering. We arrived in the wet evening, but the aspect was very welcoming and warm. The staff were very helpful without being intrusive. Our rooms were very comfortable on the whole and more than suited our needs. The only complaint was that the water in the bathrooms never got warmer than tepid, either during the night or in the morning, making a shower difficult and a bath impossible. Beyond that, the breakfast was excellent considering the cafeteria, serve yourself environment. Even that was easy to navigate. All in all, we'd use the facilities again, just not expecting to get a full wash! 🤷♂️

真是一团糟，我们到酒店时已经预订并支付了房间和餐饮费用。办理入住时，我们被告知餐厅无法为我们供应晚餐，因此我们不得不在皮克林镇用餐。我们回到酒店后在酒吧喝了一杯，结果却被服务员端上了一杯装在脏杯子里的白兰地，杯子里有肥皂的味道，助理经理拒绝更换，并说那是冲洗痕迹。我觉得这家酒店的客户服务很差，不了解客户的需求。
不得不等待 20 分钟才能登记入住：工作人员不够：他们的工作人员太年轻，似乎没有任何经验：不知道如何道歉，站着等了 35 分钟才有桌子：等了一个多小时才有饭：饭在我喝饮料之前就来了，仍然没有道歉：第二天晚上情况更糟，第三天晚上我去了其他地方，非常令人失望，我住过 60 多家 Premier Inns 酒店，从来没有遇到过这些问题，第一顿饭后第二天一整天都胃不舒服：这不仅仅发生在我身上，70 多岁的人也被留在原地，而且付款的时候工作人员也消失了，我们都不得不去找他们付钱：有些人可能会说他们已经尽力了，但他们根本没有尝试，糟糕的管理让这种情况继续下去
