I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The air conditioning in my room was not functional, and unfortunately, the staff's handling of the situation was unprofessional and rude. The staff rolled their eyes, and said there was nothing they could do and the best is to open the windows. Room temperature during the night was 35.5 C ( 95.9F). They claim that on 15 August the hotel was fully booked. The worst experience ever.

Absolutely Amazing
The place had everything from a variety of tea bags to soft clean robes, even honey packets for your tea! This place gives everything you can imagine and the pool was definitely the best part! It has 2 amazing water slides and you can order drinks while in the pool. Definitely the best hotel ever!

Nice and clean hotel. Plenty of parking space, and motorcycles can be safely parked on front of the entrance.
