酒店环境非常好，一到酒店就有迎宾饮料，管家服务妥妥的，酒店的餐饮也非常棒，整个酒店非常容易出片，妥妥的好评！
国庆期间七千多一间一晚的海滨泳池房我们一家订了两间两晚，来之前这个酒店蚊子多是有听说的所以特地带了电蚊拍驱蚊水，结果入住入门第一瞬间就发现蚊子夸张的多，一下子喜提两天杀蚊活动，可惜最后才发现杀不完，根本杀不完，两天内两个房间我至少杀了100只以上蚊子，杀到手软都杀不完，家人最后发现身上全是肿包又有点像跳蚤咬的，酒店服务人员态度还行，但是环境实在太差不可能再去了，避雷！
服务：IHG的天花板，没话说。记得提前发邮件给酒店预定收费接机服务，司机会在机场举着酒店牌子等你。核对入住信息，一会10几分钟就到酒店啦，且不贵，拖家带口的首选。
环境：拥有一个封闭式的小沙滩。入住的基本都是外国人，且很安静，非常私密。很适合社恐，和看到人多头疼的。
设施：房间设备很新，重点是他家有自动坐便器和戴森吹风机，还有全自动的感应系统。房间插座多到离谱，不用转化插座。
服务：酒店的工作人员都很Nice没有歧视。管家会很贴心上门来提醒你这个或者那个，给你更好的建议。
餐厅：早餐非常丰盛，种类很多，而且很好吃。BBQ避雷，贵且冷冻，个人觉得不值得。泰餐厅Amber强烈推介，他的菜单后半是全中文的而且一模一样个英文的，逆天的存在。每道餐都很好吃啊，可能是因为有一家米其林餐厅的关系吧。
总结，是个拖家带口，住上好几天，浪费时光的好去处。软妹币足够的闭眼冲，没毛病可挑
餐厅必须好评
因为杰伦选的这家，来到之后果然让人很满意，我们度过了十分美妙的假期。酒店硬件设施很好，服务态度很赞，从大堂望出去的景色真的很迷人，房间直通的泳池和主泳池都很漂亮，躺椅也很多。迷你吧的咖啡和茶味道很好，泰餐厅的味道很赞且价格合理。在房间点了三明治和沙拉，味美量大。早餐时间到11:00，但10:00左右人很多，早餐品种十分丰盛。下午的social hour有免费的饮品和小食，每天会换种类，有一些葡萄酒、鸡尾酒、果汁、爆米花、泰式小吃和日料寿司等等。所有的服务人员都很友好，见到你都会微笑问好，这点让我觉得很舒服。绝对是值得推荐的度假酒店。
房间：床品舒适，沐浴酣畅，配套人性化。套房送红酒！
早餐：品种繁多，自选是西餐➕泰餐➕日餐，还可以扫码点现烹饪的食物，非常精致！早餐到泰国时间11点，可以肆意睡懒觉！
配套：打开阳台门就是游泳池，工作人员每天清理一次，半夜还会放水换新水，纯净无比！
周边：出了酒店就是海滩，沙子细腻。酒店还提供小船，免税划。
海泳：不建议，苏梅岛边上的岩石很多，不建议下海游泳。
感谢：酒店所有的工作人员，住了三天，英语水平较弱，他们给了我们最简洁和易懂的信息反馈，业给了我们莫大的帮助。尤其感谢前台的Mr Touch，热情专业有同理心。
最后，奔着周天王来的，周天王诚不欺我！酒店没露怯，还会再来的！

这是苏梅岛最棒的酒店！服务和餐饮都很好，环境和员工也很棒。
非常棒的酒店，强烈推荐。
优点：从房间到公共设施都是苏梅岛上较好的配置，居住体验舒适，餐食丰富。下午happy hour有免费的鸡尾酒。酒店很具特色。
缺点：酒店的沙滩质量一般，由于举办烧烤活动等原因，垃圾较多。为美中不足的一点。
环境很好，泳池也很漂亮，酒店有一家米其林推荐餐厅，食物一言难尽。入住的时候酒店工作人员态度很一般，感受不是很好，除此之外酒店还是值得入住的
