The room was overpriced. I booked a room with double beds, but one of the bedding had a brown stain on the sheet, and the other bed didn't have a mattress cover. The floor and bathroom were dirty. My overall experience was disappointing.

Stayed with my mother who is suffering from memory issues. She tried to interact asking the same questions over and over and the staff was so gracious. The staff was so kind offering extra blankets as she said she gets cold.

Wonderful stay

Everything was great the room was clean except for the table between the beds it’s attached to the wall but it’s broke or something because it’s leaning down. I only noticed because my cell phone slid to the floor numerous times (I asked that they wait until I check out to look at, I prefer that no one enters the room until I check out and one of the beds was missing a pillow case.when I checked into the room. Staff was really friendly and nice.

Just ok

Friendly staff, room not cleaned…. There was drinks in fridge from previous guest, tub had hair in it, carpet had my white socks filthy from walking on a couple of times, lastly there were no bath towels available on last day. We called down for some and was told there weren’t any clean.

Property is fairly new but the maintenance is poor. The bathroom has been repaired poorly and sheetrock at the base of the shower outside poorly repaired. the shower curtain was too short and the water ran out on the floor causing water to stand on the floor. Dead bugs found in the corner or the room. Placed in a handicaped room when not needed..

They had a power outage and the elevator lights never came back on and they told everyone to use the stairs. The fire alarm went off at 5:30 am there was no announcement over the intercom the it was smoke in the kitchen. No communication
