早餐食物好吃，下午还有得下午茶区域喝咖啡吃零食

个人很满意，还有微波炉。楼顶有泳池和健身房，楼下有免费的咖啡，味道还不错。
没有矿泉水，附近吃的店铺很多。便利店也有，挺方便的。
很喜欢这种酒店一厅一房的概念，还有一些厨房用具，冰柜热炉等。虽然对我们没有作用，但是看到就像在家般方便。
我们曾多次入住泰国馨乐庭酒店，每次都非常满意。但这次是我们第一次入住槟城北海馨乐庭酒店，结果非常失望。
办理入住时，工作人员并不是很热情。
他们根本不提供瓶装水，告诉我们房间里有玻璃水壶，可以在电梯旁边的饮水机加水。但那个水壶实在太脏了，根本没人会用。
浴巾也很旧，边缘都开线了。
总而言之，非常令人失望。
比较一般，套房里的小房间关门声音极大，浴巾很久，有些边角磨损。去吃早餐，明明有4人早餐，确告诉没有接收到订单，需要自己下楼去找前台。前台一个印度男人让提供订单中包含早餐的证明，给看中文说不懂，然后拿翻译器看了下，说可以，让上楼去吃。春节期间，这一番操作让人火大！早餐也没啥好吃的。
总的来说还行，但卫生状况一般。我确实发现了一些虫子，比如蚂蚁。另外，客房服务也很慢。第一天下午4点才打扫，第二天甚至到了晚上6点（我早上就按了客房清洁服务按钮）。不过酒店设施很好，健身房和泳池都很棒。
酒店地理位置绝佳！步行不远就有个当地美食广场和好几家餐馆，随时都能方便地吃上一口。从丰盛的当地菜肴到快捷小吃，想吃什么都很方便，不用走远。
房间又大又干净，让我惊喜的是还有一个小客厅，这为我一天的奔波劳累后提供了额外的舒适和放松空间。
一个小缺点是：酒店靠近一个繁忙的十字路口，所以如果你开车的话，高峰期可能会遇到堵车。
总的来说，我住得很愉快。酒店舒适，维护良好，而且位置非常便利。强烈推荐给那些追求舒适和便捷用餐选择的旅客。
计划去薰衣草乐园玩，住的地方离那里开车只要5分钟。附近走路就能找到各种各样的餐厅和咖啡馆，选择很多。
前台员工很友好，房间宽敞、舒适又干净。酒店门口和5楼都有免费停车位，太棒了👍👍
我们下次来这附近还会再住这里，住得很方便很舒服。唯一的缺点是：如果能保持通往每个客房的走廊天花板没有灰尘，那就更完美了。
出差住过最多的一个酒店了，楼下iconic城吃饭购物很方便，而且性价比很高，不过30层只有两部电梯，早晚通勤的时候需要等很久。
