I had a confirmed booking at your property where I specifically requested early check-in. Upon arrival, I was informed that early check-in was not possible. To make matters worse, the hotel had no cloak room or locker facility to store my luggage safely. I was left with no choice but to cancel the booking. Finding an alternative stay was not only significantly more expensive but also wasted a lot of my time. Despite repeated follow-ups, Treebo has refused to process a refund. This has been an utterly frustrating and unprofessional experience. Your team has shown zero accountability or willingness to listen to customer concerns. I expect a full refund and a proper explanation for this poor service. Such disregard for guest requests and basic amenities is unacceptable.
