One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. No working TV had to be replaced, still remote did not work, no coffee maker, no ice machine, no working shower, no hangers Broken windows, iffy electrical wiring, evidence of break-in on lock/door.

They stole my money, and they are intentionally impossible to contact. I made a reservation online and a few days later I decided to cancel it. I called their support line, and their support agent verbally confirmed that the whole reservation was cancelled. But I never got a confirmation email about the cancellation, only one $10 refund out of 4 rooms I reserved. Because I had only paid a small reservation fee per room and was going to pay the rest in person when we got their, I assumed this refund meant that the reservation was cancelled. In fact, the customer support lady only cancelled one room and I got charged $260 per room in no-show fees. Whenever I call them they tell me to talk to *******, and ******* tells me to talk to them, and now I cannot even get a hold of OYO. This is absolutely disgusting, they do not want to help their customers and I would recommend never doing business with this hotel or OYO if you can help it!

had trouble with the key card right off the bat, carpet was stained , the door rattled and didn't seal and let light in all the way around it , ceiling had water stains . Have had better stays

I had a late check in, but the man at the reception was so kind and didn't seem to mind that I didn't get there until after 11:00 p.m. the listing mentioned breakfast included, it was to my surprise that this is breakfast to order at the very adorable nostalgic vintage diner next door. Built in the 1930s, this rustic reminder of a Time gone by should be on the historic register. Free coffee, bacon eggs and pancakes to order I was back on the road again and off on my way. Thank you to the sky Palace Anthony for getting me a soft place to land on my business trip through Kansas. You just can't beat free coffee!
