The food at grand Mongolia was excellent, the customer service provided by Yasar and his team was exceptional, the rooms where very clean and nice overall a very good experience. I would certainly recommend this to all my friends and family.

The customer service was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable it exceeded my expectations highly the staff were all very helpful and polite. The food was 10/10 an amazing culinary experience. Alhamdullilah

Ma sha allah very nice hotel staff welcoming helped with bags ,rooms wer amazing clean big, towels,toiletries tea coffee Netflix’s what more can one ask for in the morning Yasser n his team excelled with the breakfast overall all in all I wud give it 10/10 n definitely recommend it

i came for business trip and all my clients happy .hotel room is good , cossy and comfy. breakfast is so delicious and variety, staff are very helpful , mr yasir and all his team members (f&b manager) are very good and kind, im sure to repeat this hotel again❤️

I'm Azmi from Malaysia, this hotel being my place to stay before and after Hunza retreat, me & my wife experiance the facilities which are clean and tidy, we'ved serve with excellent western and Pakistani breakfast. Yassin and the team given full commitment and we choose having another night due to our flight delay.

What an amazing hotel. My room was clean and spacious with good facilities. The hotel staff was very respectful and professional. Yasir and his team, ie the Hall Team, in particular were very accommodating and went the extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. I felt safe and was able to easily ask the hotel staff for any help I needed. The location of the hotel itself is very convenient as it is in Civic Centre of Bahria Town phase 4, so you have plenty of amenities and places to eat around you. It is also a good centre point if you're looking to travel around pindi and isb. Overall, Grand Mongolia is a very hospitable hotel and the only one I will be returning to time and time again! Would recommend 100%.

Yaser and his team took care of us well. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Good facilities at a very decent price. Quick prompt response to queries and questions. Good location with lots of restaurants and shops. Bell boy Imran exceptional service.
住在格兰德芒果利亚酒店，房间和洗手间很脏，不卫生，冲水器坏了，根本没有打扫，床单没洗过，很脏，缺乏基本设施和职业道德。工作人员很少，不专业。洗衣服用毛巾洗，所以毛巾上的细纤维很细。入住 3 小时后才给房间。没有停车区，没有保安，只有一部小电梯（4 人），所有楼层都有电梯，你必须排队等候。要求吃午餐，但他们坚持提供早餐。与酒店经理交谈，但一切都是徒劳。总体体验为零。强烈不推荐。不要浪费钱。
客房清洁和客房服务都很棒。员工态度很好。饭菜也不错。餐具很漂亮，干净整洁。停车位充足。酒店景色很好。房费也不贵
