明知没热水却没告诉我们（也没告诉其他人）就让我们入住了。我们走了……这已经是我第三年因为地理位置和便利性而尝试这家酒店了。每年都有问题。有一年我被重复收费，根本联系不上任何人来解决，最后我只能让信用卡公司处理。第二年电梯坏了，我们不得不扛着行李上下楼梯。今年我第一次尝试预订时，他们在我入住前几个小时取消了我的预订，说因为管道问题要关闭。几天后我打电话询问他们是否重新开业了，特意问了一切是否都正常了，他们向我保证没问题……结果我们到了那里却发现没有热水！前台的女孩对为什么没告诉我们完全没有任何解释，只是一个劲儿地道歉。这简直令人难以置信，我现在只能祈祷能如约拿到退款。

The room was loud with mechanical sounds, it was cold upon entering the room so I turned the ac off for about an hour. Then when I turned it on and lowered the temp from 72-69 it came on for 2 seconds and that was it. I kept lowering the temp to cool the room but it would come on for a few seconds at a time. Wifi was open so no code needed. The pages were slow to load and movies would buffer. Breakfast was ok, meat gravy, sausage, biscuits and waffles were it for a hot breakfast. Usually eggs are an option but not here.

When we arrived, we waited at the front desk for 20 minutes while staff was not on premises. They literally parked and walked in with food 20 minutes after we arrived. Called the after hours number 15 times with no response. Room was hot and would not cool down. Room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Will not stay here again!

The room:

Lamp shades had mold. I had them replaced.

The refrigerator had black stains in the freezer section.

The bathroom was fairly clean.

Breakfast: There was over an hour left and the breakfast items were mostly empty. No gravy for biscuits and gravy, one biscuit. No drinks other than coffee.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Could use some updating. Ceiling had blue paint along an edge from where the wall had been painted. Still the room was clean. Pillows were harder than our liking. Bed was comfortable aside from the pillows.
