Deferred maintenance. Sheets needed to be replaced & there was no one to do it, so we did it ourselves. We asked for another room but the said that since we booked through a third party (*******) I would have to go through them.

I know I booked a"cheaper" hotel for this trip,,,,,,,,,but I still expected a nice stay,.....not a run down hotel, room 325.....peeling paint, leaking ceiling, dirty bath tub, stuff (sticky looking) on desk, sticky TV remotes, only provided one wash cloth for two guests, Towels were dirty (looked molded), I had req'd two beds ...we got one! window curtains - wrong size. Shower curtain Wrong size! Had to dry floor after showers. The free breakfast wasnt kept filled didnt have the opportunity to eat much (a tablespoon of egg and a bagel daughter ate a tablespoon of egg and a sausage. Would NEVER book this hotel again!
Just an uncomfortable stay!!!

Room was clean but the entire room smelled of cigarette besides there being signs of it being a smoke free hotel. In the bathroom there was mold and there was water damage on the corner of the tub. 1 of the 2 beds was pretty hard but pillows were comfortable. The location of the hotel was near a few homeless encampments. Overall not completely terrible but not great either. It was ok for the price and we only stayed two nights.

Good room, nice breakfast. The only drawback was the noisy air conditioner that woke us all through the night.

Could use a pressure wash to the outside grounds.
Decent beds. Hot water. Not disgusting or dirty in the room, but not plush. Breakfast smelled nice but we didn't eat there. Great price, was close to the venue I was in town for a concert. Felt safe with 14 year daughter and my 9mm.
