Great service by Rishwed(Restaurant )* Pardon if name is wrong* and Hadi(kitchen)🙏🏽. The mallus from Cherthala and Nilambur. Thanks a ton Mr. Kiran(Mgr. Housekeeping )for his detailing and helping us to go to the best places for sightseeing. Overall an exemplarily awesome experience. Sure.. Whenever we plan to visit coorg we'll be coming to the Aurika. We'll also definitely refer to our friends and family. Lots of love. Regards❤️

As an American traveler, I wasn’t familiar with Coorg before my visit, but I’m so glad I decided to explore this beautiful, serene destination. The property and staff were exceptional, offering a level of hospitality and service that truly exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were amazing, and the atmosphere was filled with genuine warmth and welcoming vibes. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the families who manage and work here are truly kind-hearted. What I loved most was the balance between socializing and solitude – it wasn’t too large with too many guests, so it felt intimate and personal, yet big enough to enjoy meeting new people. Coorg, with its natural beauty, is an absolute must-visit, and this place is the perfect base to experience it all. I felt relaxed and at home during my stay. I highly recommend this wonderful destination to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable retreat!

Hello Team, I want to personally thank everyone for amazing stay. The property- The landscape design is complementing the built spaces & scale so well. Attention to design & details is well thought of. The design is not screaming attention. Earthy tones & good furniture. Getting up hearing bird sounds is so refreshing for city dwellers. Food- The crew is so humble. Chef- Sudhanshu & Ramanarjun. Flavors were well balanced. They were accomadative to make whatever we liked other than buffet. Crew- Rohit, Ritik, Arpita & if missed other names- Great service & good luck with future. Spa- much needed & ambience was on point. Ganesh sir- Thank you sharing the knowledge of flora & fauna & birds. Good luck Aurika!

The hospitality and service extended by the staff at Aurika was top notch. Special mention to Chaitanya, Rohit and Hrithwik from F&B, they ensured every meal we had there was a delightful experience. Restaurant has a reasonably wide range of food options. Rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. The nature walks and storytelling sessions led by their naturalist Mr. Ganesh were enjoyable and informative. In all an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Aurika.

Aurika is very beautiful property, With nature all around. Throughout day activities are very good no need to go anywhere, entire Coorg is covered in property, Story telling and bird watching by Ganesh ji is amazing Thanks to chef for cooking beautiful traditional coorg dish My special thanks to 1. Ganesh 2. Chef's 3. Entire staff We also loved hospitality.

It's a fantastic property.all in one. all staff is very polite,food is very good.we specially like there hospitality and their whole day activities, specially their bonfire and storytelling program. They also run morning yoga and Nature walk program.

在库格的Gateway酒店度过了非常棒的时光。天气晴朗，服务人员也热情周到。特别要提到Ganesh先生，他知识渊博，为我们讲解了咖啡和周围的鸟类，非常有价值。食物也很美味，他们还特意根据我们的喜好烹制菜肴。
在奥里卡酒店的住宿体验非常棒。员工热情好客，对所有客人照顾周到。酒店环境优美，设施齐全，并提供丰富的日常活动。下午茶安排得非常完美……强烈推荐这家度假村。
唯一需要改进的地方是餐饮价格。价格偏高，但食物品质一般。
