Stayed two nights. Golden retreat hotel in Haldia is a highly priced hotel in a small town.
It has basic amenities with a large greenery area inside the hotel campus which is good for nature lovers. Room sizes are large with a balcony but an old construction and lack of some hygiene. Breakfast was good with healthy items. Food prices are sky high which is more than a 5 star hotel.

Location and food is good. Have to improve amenities and services as the property requires proper maintenance, but the staffs are good.

Absolutely amazing and pretty place, the staff behavior was very approaching they had good skills of communication, i absolutely had no issues checking in. The room was neat and tidy, smelled good, there was no disturbance faced for the total time i stayed, a quiet place it is i must say. Anyways the shower area is not that good but the washroom is clean and tidy too. Overall i had a great experience would totally recommend it to friends and family if they are going to visit haldia, and i myself would prefer the place too if i visit again.

The stay was quite nice. The complimentary breakfast had a good spread. Rooms were clean and staff was very nice and helpful. The cost is a bit high though. All in all, a good place to stay in haldia.

Well property is like a resort but not a maintained one. All old theme furniture and proof of termites on wooden structure. The BIG thing is there is no exhaust in the washroom. Just imagine where is the basis infrastructure. Rooms were big but old fashioned, breakfast spread was also limited and somehow service is also not paralal to other metro cities. In my opinion 4 k/night for a deluxe room is always on very higher side, no toiletries were offered like shaving or dental kit. I mean why you are charging 4 k/night for a place like Haldia without basic amenities. No tissue paper also in the room which is again an ignorance.

The place is awesome and the decoration of this hotel is so amazing. I am so impressed. The room is clean. You can also enjoy nature's beauty and there is a swimming pool. Thank you.
床的弹簧几乎快要被夹断了。考虑到房间空调不稳定，蚊虫问题更是严重。马桶冲水装置故障。墙壁、门和大部分设施要么无法使用，要么已经过时。糟糕的体验！
