非常不错的酒店，服务态度好，房间干净
通过Trip.com预付了订单。然而，在办理入住时，他们竟然在我没授权的情况下，又一次刷了我的卡！
之后，他们花了很多时间道歉，却直到第二天钱才退回到我的账户。对于一家四星级连锁酒店来说，这简直不可接受。
酒店地理位置绝佳，靠近公交车站，步行15分钟即可到达市中心，住在这里非常方便。附近有面包店可以解决早餐，也有不错的餐厅适合享用晚餐。员工友善乐于助人。酒店内也提供早餐选择，还有一个很棒的酒吧。房间干净整洁，设施齐全。我真的很喜欢住在这里。
酒店很干净，离火车站不远，周围商店也很多。前台的姑娘们会说英语。缺点是淋浴间的门不太好用，开关门时有刺耳的声音。虽然登记了两位住客，但却没给第二条洗手毛巾，也没有拖鞋。冰箱里塞满了迷你吧商品，而且还没插电。入住时被告知要交50欧元的押金，我们之前并不知情，因为旅行后现金不多，也没有境外银行卡，所以没法支付。最后交了20欧元，退房时退还了。不过床睡起来倒是很舒服！
早餐自助餐非常简单，种类也很少。咖啡只是便宜的机器咖啡。房间清洁必须提醒工作人员才会进行，而且打扫得非常敷衍。
这家酒店很棒，值得推荐。房间干净现代。服务和自助早餐也很棒。选择丰富，每样都很美味。
酒店的外观相当朴素，但内部装修却绝对是高水准的。
我觉得我特别不幸，因为尽管有提醒，我的房间直到晚上7点才打扫干净，第二天早上由于故障没有热水。
管理人员没有提出赔偿方案。
然而，我相信这些都是巧合，因为酒店非常舒适，拥有一流的停车设施，并且位于一个安静的区域，但靠近历史中心。
我可能会再次留在这里。
