The hotel was clean, and the staff were really nice. If you are traveling with family and pets, this is the place to stay. The breakfast was also delicious.

It was quiet the first of two nights and we enjoyed the clean facilities, however the 2nd night was filled with loud noises— bangs and booms like people dropping things in the room above us perhaps, which continued for a long time. That was Thanksgiving night:
I needed some sleep and had a hard time getting through it. Advise staying on 2nd floor.

Three diesel buses were allowed to run continuously right outside our window for 18 hours (from Friday morning until 3 am Saturday morning). Guess it was someone important?!? I called the front desk several times but they pretended not to know anything about it.

那位负责办理入住手续的年轻女士工作非常出色，她处理了一个关于军人付款的大问题。当时没有人可以帮她，也没有其他工作人员在她休息、午餐等时间提供帮助。有人请了病假，导致两个人的入住手续要花20到30分钟才能办完。为了安全起见，酒店应该安排另一个人值班，以应对这种情况；如果有人请病假，也应该有人顶替。让她一个人待着真是太荒谬了。她做得很好，但没有任何人帮忙是不对的。我前面只有一对夫妇，但我可能等了20多分钟才办完入住手续。不过，我确实很佩服这位女士在如此困难的情况下还能如此出色地完成工作。
舒适的住宿体验，但仍有改进空间
我们在汉普顿酒店度过了愉快的时光。房间干净、舒适且设施齐全，绝对是放松身心的好去处。停车还算方便，车位充足，但也没有什么特别出彩的地方。
我们遇到的一个问题是到达房间。酒店如果能再加装一部电梯就更好了，尤其是在高峰时段，等待时间比预期要长。我们没有尝试早餐，但看起来是标准的汉普顿早餐——对于忙碌的旅客来说很方便。
我希望酒店提供的一项服务是可以通过电视办理退房，这样离开会更加便捷。总的来说，这是一次不错的住宿体验，但还有一些方面可以改进，让体验更加完美。
