Front desk were extremely nice . My only complaint is the bed. It was sinking in and way too soft for my son and I. Other than that , the room was clean and the view was nice .

The breakfast was delicious and a good waitress. The bartender was kind. The room had ladybugs, and I had some type of bug to fall out of my towel. I was dissatisfied with one conciergerie due to the lack of help with the getting a ride. We waited an hour due lack of directions. Yes, we had our request, but another guest was told to wait outside, we were told to wait inside. The driver took guest that were waiting after us first. Lastly, we had a do not disturb sign on our door, yet attendee came in while we were in the room. When they cleaned the day before they left the bathroom with trash. I was displeased with this visit.

Love the room layout. Very clean and spacious. The room didn't feel or smell stuffy; in fact, it seems like this hotel has a much better air filtration/flow than any other hotel we've stayed in.

Well, let’s say through *******. It says that there is a swimming pool so our daughter was extremely excited however we were told that the swimming pool was turned into suites a while ago and that has not been updated. Then we were on the third floor and all we heard were sirens all night long on Friday night. It was crazy and I got absolutely no sleep so disappointed in those two areas.

The beds were comfortable. The blackout curtains were amazing. The room was nice but it was a little loud with hearing noises from neighboring rooms. The work out area was very well equipped and clean.

位置非常好，就是谷歌地图上不太好找开车进去的入口。房间干净宽敞，景色很棒，周围环境也很适合散步。
