Clean, modern hotel that was convenient to so many places (Roosevelt University football field, restaurants, etc... Liked the other onsite amenities of bar, pool and outdoor area.

Room was clean, hallways left a little to be desired. Had large chunks of wall missing in some areas. Staff was great. Pool was very nice. Room was very nice. Other than the hallways the only thing worth mentioning is it was quite loud in the hallways at night. However, I do understand there was a couple of large events that night.

Amazing all around will always book here. Worth the price compared to some other options around. Never had issues very professional and the pool all year round is a nice touch for a quick dip. Recommend booking through ******* always for a fair price or sometimes on the marriot bonvoy app. Always compare first.

我想说这家酒店本身以及它所有那些有趣的色彩和装饰都堪称完美，打10分！员工表现还行，没什么特别之处。我觉得唯一能改进的就是他们的早餐服务了。酒店不提供免费早餐，你得在前台找人点餐，然后在大堂等15分钟，才有人给你送过来。要是能送到房间里就好了，而且希望能有更多选择。不过食物味道还是不错的！我还很喜欢酒店里的棋盘游戏、台球桌和酒吧。最后提一点，他们宣传有室外和室内火炉，我问了前台，他们也确认了，但我住的期间一次都没开过。讽刺的是，我退房的时候它们却开了。
这家酒店的空调有问题，而且他们需要更换枕头。没有免费早餐，你得花钱买，但价格嘛……我觉得不值他们宣传的那个价。他们需要提供更好的客户服务，员工也需要更好的规章制度。不过，有一位名叫G的员工非常友善，他人很好。但酒店整体需要做出一些改变。维护部门也需要更好地维护房间，再次强调，一定要把空调修好！当时非常热，我不得不爬起来开空调，这太荒谬了。我住了将近6天，但都没有人问我是否需要打扫房间。👎👎👎👎
我和我的家人在这里度过了一段美好的时光。
非常干净，舒适，房间大。入住无忧，退房无忧。如果您在该地区有工作要做或要过夜，那么这是有意义的。
