My stay was absolutely the best ever. Rooms was so clean and the hotel was just beautiful. First time a hotel met all expectations for my stay. Will definitely be back, the hotel gives me family or wedding vibes…. A+

我想说这家酒店本身以及它所有那些有趣的色彩和装饰都堪称完美，打10分！员工表现还行，没什么特别之处。我觉得唯一能改进的就是他们的早餐服务了。酒店不提供免费早餐，你得在前台找人点餐，然后在大堂等15分钟，才有人给你送过来。要是能送到房间里就好了，而且希望能有更多选择。不过食物味道还是不错的！我还很喜欢酒店里的棋盘游戏、台球桌和酒吧。最后提一点，他们宣传有室外和室内火炉，我问了前台，他们也确认了，但我住的期间一次都没开过。讽刺的是，我退房的时候它们却开了。
这家酒店的空调有问题，而且他们需要更换枕头。没有免费早餐，你得花钱买，但价格嘛……我觉得不值他们宣传的那个价。他们需要提供更好的客户服务，员工也需要更好的规章制度。不过，有一位名叫G的员工非常友善，他人很好。但酒店整体需要做出一些改变。维护部门也需要更好地维护房间，再次强调，一定要把空调修好！当时非常热，我不得不爬起来开空调，这太荒谬了。我住了将近6天，但都没有人问我是否需要打扫房间。👎👎👎👎
我和我的家人在这里度过了一段美好的时光。
对于商务旅行来说，这张大号床太大了，而且房间太干燥，我不得不弄湿毛巾来保持湿度。
非常干净，舒适，房间大。入住无忧，退房无忧。如果您在该地区有工作要做或要过夜，那么这是有意义的。
