I look forward to visiting this property again. It felt a little understaffed, but that’s not uncommon these days. The area has limited dining options and many shut down on Mondays, so plan ahead.

Staff was so friendly and wanted to help. Easy parking. Choice of valet or parking self in garage. Specifically chose this hotel due to garage as traveling during a potential storm. Comfortable beds, big tv, big bathroom. Very happy with the room. Convenient that there are 2 restaurants and a snack shop.

The room was very comfortable, I am very picky about bedding and it was a nice sleep . The view was great from the 12th floor and the area was very quaint and walkable . Lovely hotel would come back for the next Bama game for a stay ! Roll tide !

The area around the hotel was very nice and clean. The room we had was nice and clean. Thr bathroom was big and the shower was nice. The beds were extra soft and comfy.

Great room. Very clean. Everyone i talked to was so nice. My only complaint was the shower head. Not much water came . And what did was in many directions. That being said. The room was very clean and same with the bathroom. Very comfy bed

The staff is fantastic, very attentive, knowledgeable. Rooms are very nice, bed comfortable, very quiet. The bar on the 11th floor has an amazing view of the city.

We decided to give it a try because the rating is great on *******. It was listed that night as the most expensive choice in the area. But to our surprise, building is old and smelly. Fans in room can't be turned off. Bed is too soft while pillows are high like balls. We ended up used towels as pillow.

Feels like been tricked by Rating. It definitely not worth the money we paid for it.

Convenient location next to the Riley Center, I was able to get to the concert, get hammered at a local bar, and find my way safely back to my room all within walking distance.
