Dining and buffet area were kept clean throughout service time. the usual, cooked oatmeal and grain cereals with variety of toppings, fresh fruit, muffins and other pastries (pre-made), waffle maker, juices from a machine, milks and yogurts refrigerated. Service attendant was excellent, courteous and friendly.

Has a garage parking available, nice gym area and closet space. Room was clean but bed was not very comfortable and needed some pest control in our kitchenette.

There were people outside who were LOUD and had music blasting all night and kept my kids up. Even after complaining nothing was done. We didn’t stay the second night because it wasn’t worth it. But I do usually love this hotel. It’s our 5th or so time staying here. This was the first time it wasn’t enjoyable.

Front desk help?

Everything was relatively clean and it was a nicely kept hotel. My complaint is that we called the front desk and asked for them to come clean the room and give us more towels and no one came. Then when we tried to call them back later, no one was at the front desk the entire day on Saturday to answer our calls. I even called the property on their main number, and no one answered. We didn’t have fresh towels after the first night.

The customer service was great. Our room was nice and clean. The location was great with all amenities available. Look forward to staying here again. Thabk again for your great customer service.
