The room smelled absolutely horrible so it was difficult to do anything but sleep. It was hard to sleep because the air conditioner was so loud. There were days we did not receive any housekeeping or fresh towels at all. Other days we received one clean towel. When I asked for more towels they said I could have some and told me I could take them to the room. I had to ask them to do it. Sound travelled from the hallway, the room above and the rooms beside. Convenient location. Friendly staff. The room was not cheap but the hotel definitely is and I would not recommend. Overall ruined our visit to Austin.

The only issue we had was how loud the airco was and took all night anw morning to cool the room. We didn’t sleep all night because of the noise. Overall the rest of the hotel is perfect.

My husband definitely got use out of the bar in the lobby. The bedding was so comfortable. I loved everything except the smell in the room. We stayed for 4 days and every time we left and came back the room had a horrible mildew smell. We noticed it on the first time opening the door. I would have given 5 stars if it didn’t have that mildew smell.

The reception staff was extremely unprofessional, also had to wait for half an hour for the room key despite no other guest.

Bar and restaurant not available later in evening when I arrived. Room and facility was very clean and contemporary. Some echoes and reflection of noise. Overall good experience and value

I reserved 2 rooms on line . I had to wait 30 minutes for my second room , it was dirty from previous guests , very noisy at 6 am and also one next to the laundry room and the second next to the elevators . Not acceptable
