Noisy. Elevation chimed, could clearly hear other tenant next to and above. House cleaning staff was very noisy. Facility and room was clean and had good amenities such as couch desk etc

We had a pleasant day at the hotel. The staff was nice, and the hotel was mainly very clean and while taken care of. However, the shower floors were either stained or dirty near the sides so I didn’t wanna stop there but other than that, it was clean. Our room had a musty smell, but it wasn’t very strong - it was tolerable. That could’ve been from the AC or lack of airflow. Unfortunately, paying for parking per day seemed ridiculous.

So much stood out - the space upon entry was very inviting, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The room was larger than usual hotel rooms, had great amenities (in- shower shampoo, condition and body wash), there was both a sofa and a chair, thermostat worked great, and the bed linens were soft and comfortable. A really lovely, well appointed and comfortable rooom!

The hotel is very clean, modern and well spaced out. We traveled with my elderly mother in a wheelchair and the ADA room had ample spacing. The second room with the king bed was not ADA and was very spacious, too. The staff were very friendly. My average review is a result of the tv sets in BOTH rooms. Neither tv worked.

Very courteous young lady checked us in and the process was pretty smooth. The room was clean and bed comfortable. We did have an adjoining room door and could hear the neighbors as if they were in the room with us. They were up late partying until after 3am which made our 4:30 wake pretty miserable.

I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called ******* and talked to them through ******* but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.
地理位置优越，离机场很近，环境优美，服务态度良好，有游泳池有健身房。早餐午餐都还不错。出行很方便。是出差旅游的好选择
这家酒店还不错，但是没有去机场的免费班车。虽然离得很近，打Uber也不是什么大问题，但有班车会更好。
