Interior of lobby, dining, hall way carpet, and our room were like new and clean. Staff was welcoming and informative. Pool was warm and inviting.

First impressions are everything. The property was clean overall but the room didn’t smell fresh like most places we’ve been to. There was no toilet tissue and we drove for 17 hours from Massachusetts so everyone wanted to…. My wife showered first and then I showered only to run out of bath soap mid-shower. I was not happy about that. The staff was very responsive to our needs, which helped, but left a sour taste in our mouths. The breakfast was good and the pool and gym was excellent

Good choice
We checked in late and the night desk person was amazing. Helped us in every way possible. The breakfast was fine and normal for a Hampton inn. The room was very spacious and very accommodating.
We also have a service animal and the team at your Hampton inn did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome and comfortable

The rooms are in need of refurbishing. One of the two elevators was not working. When using the stairs, they were definitely in need of cleaning. When checking in, there was no one at the front desk...had to wait for someine to come from the back. Their breakfast buffet is great. They need more handicap parking. I have been visiting family for the last 4 years, usually 2x/year, and the rooms need major uodating. I would give them a 3 out of 5.

DId not like the shower with two shower heads.
Neither worked properly.
Bath tub that seniors had to step into to take a shower.
Not safe.

Family and pet friendly! Very helpful staff. We had an emergency need due to our home having storm damage and could not stay at our home. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next day was delicious. Considering our situation they did everything to make our stay comfortable.
有几件小事：淋浴门关不严，我只好用毛巾塞在门缝里才能关上，免得水流到地板上。还有人因为**吵架。走廊里也发生了打架，除此之外，我住得很愉快。
